A relic of the pasttime of roller skating popular during the 1940s - 1960s, this skate case sports several regional skating rink stickers, including the winged “Chandler’s Rink” Macomb, Illinois skate sticker on the left and the “Victory Roller Rink” Table Grove, Illinois sticker. Chandler’s Rink was located at the bottom of the hill on North Lafayette Street, near Oakwood Cemetary.
