Outstanding sculptural clock featuring gilded cast bronze figural clock case with winged Father Time (Chronos) floating on billowing clouds on angular granite and marble base with course of beaded brass and brass feet. Round brass medallion has bevelled glass over an embossed printed portrait of a lady. Case possibly by Charles Cressent (French, 1685-1768).
